The SF-MiniMixer Stopped-Flow allows customers to utilize their
own spectrophotometer of spectrofluorimeter for data collection.
Our SF-MiniMixer uses a pneumatic drive cylinder to rapidly force
two reactants together into a mixing cuvette that is compatible
with standard spectrophotometers and fluorometers. The SF-MiniMixer
has a dead time of less than 3.5 milliseconds and it allows for
precise temperature control via a circulating water bath. It is
also possible to purge the upper chamber to perform anaerobic
reactions.
