KinTek Corporation Service Information

 

Kintek Corporation instruments are built to last.

All of our instruments have a two year warranty. Affordable after warranty service contracts are available for terms of one year or more. The after warranty service contracts cover all parts and labor except for consumables and lamps.

Service Contracts

We offer a yearly service contract for our instruments (any of them) for $3500. This covers the following:

  • This agreement warranties the entire instrument, labor and shipping for one year and all parts excluding the expendable supplies (e.g. syringes, lamps, plunger tips)
  • All repairs will be performed at the KinTek manufacturing facility, proper packaging will be provided for shipping returns.
  • Technical support by phone, email and fax.
We also have done instrument moves (i.e. from one lab to another) which include setup and testing onsite. These are charged on a case by case basis. Contact John Farr for a quote.

Returning Equipment for Repairs

If you need to send any KinTek equipment back to our factory for repair, we require that you fill out the Decontamination Form. We will not work on your instrument if this form is not filled out. Click Here to download the decontamination form.
